** Normandy Croissant Tartlettes: Flaky croissant crust filled with our classic almond cream at the base, cooked, sweetened apples and topped with salted caramel drizzle. Optional add-ons: whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon! 😍😍😍 🍏

** Banana Boat Croissants: same special as last week, but we figured out what was missing on this tasty treat: whipped cream! We will have it with cinnamon as an optional add-on for immediate consumption! (Almond cream, semi sweet chocolate, Grand Marnier syrup with baked banana all in a buttery, flaky boat)

She’s a beauty! Getting that croissant dough ready for the raspberry pain suisse.. the raspberry “financier” (nutty moist French tea cake made with lots of browned butter) that will be inside will make this croissant treat extra special 😍🤤
