Happy April. Nothing about this post is a joke. I’ll be changing it up this month with a Spring menu that’ll last April and May.

This menu’s filled with bright springy flavors. Of course the matcha cookie was so very loved last month so I had to twist it with another favorite flavor of mine: ube.

M A R C H

March means spring is around the corner, but I’m still holding onto the cold weather. What’s more enjoyable in the cold than hot chocolate, but with a little spice? Mexican hot chocolate is hot chocolate with cinnamon.

Another exciting menu item with cinnamon: snickerdoodle cake. This one has been added to the favorites list. Cinnamon vanilla cake with cinnamon sugar buttercream.

Mocha is already part of the cakes menu, but I couldn’t resist giving this one a highlight this month. Chocolate and coffee are two combinations I can’t resist. Or anything with coffee for that matter.

White chocolate and matcha are a match made in heaven. These cookies are soft and chewy with the right touch of sweetness.

February is my favorite month not only because of all the cute Valentine’s Day decorations, but because it’s my birthday on the 3rd (today!)🎉

This menu is inspired by the holiday, but also some of my favorite things.

The strawberry cheesecake cake isn’t a traditional cheesecake. It’s a strawberry cake base with strawberry cream cheese frosting on top.

One of my go to flavors for anything is cookies and cream. If it’s cookies and cream GIVE IT TO ME. So of course I made a cake. Chocolate cake with cookie sandwiches crushed and folded into the buttercream. Topped off with half a cookie sandwich.

My go to order when I go to any coffee shop is a caramel latte, so naturally I had to make it into a cake. Vanilla cake with a coffee and caramel buttercream.

Confetti cookies are a chewy sugar cookie with Valentine’s Day themed sprinkles. Yes, that means pink, white, red, and heart sprinkles💕

Happy New Year! 🎆I have some tasty treats for yall this month, but still keeping it pretty lowkey.

Chai is a yearlong drink for me, but especially in the cold weather. This cake is filled with warm spices and vanilla bean. Make it a dirty chai with a shot of espresso in the chai buttercream just like your favorite drink. It’s also the naked cake pictured.

Take the vanilla cake, but add rich, creamy caramel to the buttercream. Plus a caramel drizzle on top. The combination is scrumptious.

I’m bringing back the chocolate hazelnut cake as a crowd pleaser. This one can never go wrong.

A classic: chocolatey, fudgey brownies with chunks of chocolate. 4 for $6. 6 for $9. 10 for $15.
