A little before + after magic ✨🤎

One of my favorite parts of sourdough is seeing how a loaf transforms in the oven. I thought the scoring on this one turned out especially pretty — almost too pretty to cut into!

Have you ever wondered what makes my chocolate chip cookies taste so good… or why they taste a little different than your average chocolate chip cookie? 🍪🤎

The secret is brown butter!

Instead of just melting the butter, I cook it until the milk solids toast and turn golden brown. It gives the butter this rich, nutty, almost caramel-like flavor—and it adds SO much depth to every cookie.

It’s an extra step, but one I’ll never skip. That brown butter + chocolate chip combo is just too good. 🤤
