Colleen's Confection-Affection What could be better than a slice of delicious homemade cake? Except to top it off with a scoop of your favorite ice-cream or whipped cream!

Sometimes when a two layer cake just won't do, why not go for three layers! Confection-Affection cakes like Coconut-Lime, Angel Food/Red Velvet and Checkerboard are just a few if you're looking for something different! All of my cakes are made from scratch, you know, the good old fashioned way! If you're not in the mood for cake, how about Cookies or my Break-time breads like Banana, Zucchini, Pum

pkin, Gingerbread... you get the idea. Traditional Cakes include: Chocolate, White/Vanilla, Carrot, Spice. Specialty Cakes include: Pink Champagne, Coconut Lime, Lemon Chiffon
For a fun twist how about a Checkerboard or Vertical Ribbon Cakes. One slice and just hear the Oh's and Ah's! For a child's party, cupcakes make a wonderful treat. You won't have to worry about them not being eaten. They come in mini, regular and jumbo sizes.
