I use primarily AP flour, but also make some keto friendly and gluten free products. Most recipes can be sugar free. When we started this company for Meagan as Twitch's Niche after she was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome as a way for her to make money and relax her. Oddly, she doesn't tic when baking. When I decided to be a SAHM, I started helping out more and more with the business. Now this

is a joint venture.We changed the name to Happiness Baked In, because baking makes us happy and we want to make you happy with our baked goods. People wonder why our prices are so low. Here is the scoop: I am at home, so charging you for me to be here is ridiculous! When we have a place that requires rent, the prices will go up...some. If you know me personally, you know that I am about as frugal as they come. I search for the best deal on all ingredients and packaging and pass the savings on to you. yes, this is a business to make money, but nothing to get rich at. When we are Blessed, you are Blessed! Since I have nut allergies, most of our products are tree nut free unless requested. We are delving into the Gluten Free world so we can bake some happiness for those who have gluten allergies. Strawberry Lemon tart
Needed something sweet but wanted something different. I made more of a pie than a bar by adding fresh lemon juice and not fully melted to the cookie dough. It came out more like a graham cracker crust. Then I added dehydrated strawberries on the crust before adding the filling. I let it cool before sprinkling powder sugar and fresh sliced strawberries. The flavors complimented each other so well.
