-First Course:Lobster Bisque,butter-poached lobster, chive crème fraîche
-Second Course:Baby Arugula & Pear Salad,candied pecans, shaved parmesan, champagne vinaigrette
-Third Course:Main Course,Pan-Seared Sea Bass (white fish in season),lemon beurre blanc, saffron risotto, grilled broccolini
-Fourth Course – Dessert,Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée,caramelized sugar crust, fresh berries, almond biscotti

Today’s catering was a full brunch spread: Chicken & waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, plus a parfait bar with yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, and berries..

Also a late post form last weekend:
charcuterie personal boxes, a dip station with buffalo chicken, spinach artichoke & hummus, and sliders—beef with bacon jam and crispy chicken…
