I am a home baker specializing in sweets that taste like they are straight out of your grandmother's kitchen. My dream is to remind everyone what home made, quality desserts used to be! I always use fresh, real ingredients and make as much as possible from scratch. You won't find store bought fondant or frosting in my kitchen. You can purchase specialty cakes, for birthdays, weddings, or other cel

ebrations. Or, if your needs are more simple, you can purchase cakes, pies, and other desserts for dinner parties, school functions, and holidays. No job is too small. Whether you want a few pies for Thanksgiving dinner or 12 dozen chewy chocolate chip cookies for a school bake sale, I have what you need. We all know how busy life gets, but just because you may not have the time to bake from scratch yourself, doesn't mean your options are limited! You can have your cake and eat it too!

A double barrel buttercream cake. This means it is 2 tiers of the same size, but frosted as one so it's extra tall (about 9"!). So when you slice it, you still get a normal sized slice and can choose two separate flavors! It's decorated with a ganache drip, lace ribbon, fresh florals, a butterfly made from edible wafer paper and meringue cookies.

I made a Jack O'Lantern cake yesterday. Gross on purpose. Lol It's sculpted vanilla cake with buttercream. The stump and eyeball and worms are fondant. But the pumpkin is airbrushed buttercream.
