The focus of owner David Kenner's bakery is the Czech pastries known as kolaches. Kolaches are yeast-risen, Eastern-European pastries stuffed with a variety of savory fillings. Fruit flavors offered by the bakery include: apple, blueberry, strawberry, poppyseed, apricot, cherry, strawberry cream cheese, rasberry, bavarian cream, cream cheese and peach. Kenner's also offers sausage kolaches, cinnam
on rolls, bacon and cheese rolls, mesquite sausage and jalapeno rolls, ham and baby swiss rolls and delicious Danish melt-a-ways. Please call ahead to insure your order. For orders of 10 dozen or more, please give a one day notice!

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! We will be open New Year’s Day to welcome in 2023! However, beginning January 2nd, we will begin a new tradition and will be closed on Mondays. After more than 37 years of being open every day except for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, we find it necessary to have a day of respite. Thank you again for the many years of patronage.
Kenner’s Kolache Bakery will be closed Christmas Day only. We will be open New Year’s Day. Be sure and place your order for fresh baked Kolaches to be part of your Christmas tradition. There has to be a reason how a small business has lasted 38 years. No help from the government, no help from family, and no help from friends. And we made it! I did have to work a second job the first 10 months. Merry Christmas and I hope it’s the best one ever!

Do to astonishing increases in costs we are raising our prices . All our products will still have the same great ingredients, made from scratch, and baked fresh daily! The product will also be the same size. Thank you so much for your support and helping us to stay in business for 37 years. This is a crossroads for all small businesses everywhere so please be patient with all of them. I am blessed to have employees who really care you have the best Kolache experience. They are honest, loyal, and hard working. We have a great chemistry. We know you don’t have to have Kolaches and we appreciate everyone when they spend their hard earned money with us . We still don’t have a time when we will be open again. It was such a massive storm it’s hard to even get people to come out and estimate damages. Very frustrating. Suppose to meet with the insurance adjuster but he hasn’t shown up yet either. Sorry
I’m already thanking the Lord in advance for all the blessings coming! We are all going to be stronger and happier people after all this adversity! We have a lifestyle that most of the world would love to have. Show your faith and love towards others and we are going to be fine after this event. Less mosquitoes!!!

I’m not sure where it was but I saw a sign that said, “Factory Fresh!” I thought it was a joke. At Kenner’s Kolache Bakery we are baking fresh delicious pastries each day from scratch! It’s hard to find that anywhere. Most of the baked goods you can find in restaurants come from commissaries, factory made and shipped frozen. What is factory fresh anyway?
