Tried something totally new this week, my very first gluten-free vanilla cake, and to make it extra special, I topped it with classic Southern caramel for a rich, golden finish.

It was a fun challenge doing both for the first time in one cake, and I’m so proud of how it turned out! Every bake is a chance to learn and grow, and this one reminded me just how much I love what I do.

For a teacher as sweet as chocolate!
We had the absolute pleasure of creating this decadent beauty for Ms. Pike—a truly dedicated and inspiring teacher who deserves all the love (and chocolate)!

This cake is layered with rich chocolate sponge, filled with silky chocolate ganache, covered in smooth chocolate buttercream, and finished with ganache drips, fresh strawberries, and Ferrero Rocher for that extra touch of elegance.

Because when it comes to teachers like Ms. Pike, only the best will do!
