Three tiers for my girl’s BIG milestone birthday because Alyssa said she wanted a 3-tier cake… so obviously she got one 😭💜✨

From the design, to the colors, to all the little details — she helped bring this cake to life and seeing her so excited made my mama heart explode.

Turning 40 with a cake inspired by one of my favorite places in the world feels extra special this year 🏔️✨

Mérida has always felt like home to me. Some of my best memories live there — family summers, mountain views, cousins everywhere, laughter, and that feeling only certain places give you 🤍

So naturally… I turned it into cake 😭🎂

This one was completely done in textured buttercream using palette knife techniques inspired by the beautiful Pico Bolívar mountains and the iconic cable cars of Mérida, Venezuela ✨

And because birthdays deserve good cake:

Behind those cute frosting faces is a delicious chocolate and vanilla cake, packed with a rich chocolate ganache filling and wrapped in smooth vanilla buttercream.
Whether they are lounging on top or “diving” down the side, these hippos are ready to party! 🍫🍦

This First Communion cake was such a meaningful one to create 🤍
Mom envisioned florals inspired by the Divine Mercy — beautiful shades of red, blue, and white surrounded by soft heavenly tones and touches of gold ✨🕊️ The final design felt peaceful, elegant, and full of grace for such a sacred celebration.
