Tried something totally new this week, my very first gluten-free vanilla cake, and to make it extra special, I topped it with classic Southern caramel for a rich, golden finish.
It was a fun challenge doing both for the first time in one cake, and I’m so proud of how it turned out! Every bake is a chance to learn and grow, and this one reminded me just how much I love what I do.
