Busy day, getting back into Crimping and rolling today.
A few traditional pastys and then a pork marinated in soy, sesame, ginger and honey pasty!

The Pirate Pastys Traditional Pasty is making a comeback! February seems a fine month to enjoy a handmade pasty here in Texas!

This Skirt Steak, Rutabagas, Onion's and potatoes will soon be wrapped up in pastry and giving off some beautiful aromas!

Always satisfying when your pasty’s are baked by a customer! This is a Bluebeard - Wagyu, blue cheese, potato, swede, onion: Good job Trace!

The smell of a freshly baked pasty is an amazing experience.
