I’ve been slow to post because of…well life! But I’m so happy to share this set of wedding cookies for some friends from earlier in the spring. They have an adorable rescue greyhound named Mango so I knew we had to incorporate this adorable weird dog somehow in the cookie! 🐕 ❤️👩🏻‍🦰

Things have been a bit crazy the past few months so I’ve taken a break from cookies. The biggest thing is that my husband and I have moved from northern Virginia to Saint Louis! Buying a house and moving came right before family vacation and a long work trip to Antarctica. As I get settled in a new city and get my supplies out of boxes, I will get back to decorating and classes! In the meantime, thanks for the love and support. 📦❤️👩🏻‍🦰

A countdown to Disney is almost permanently on my phone. Right now it reads 43 days! Yay!! I had some leftover dough and icing a little while ago so I whipped up these princess cookies. I wish I could tell you I did thag cool water background on Ariel on purpose but that would be a lie. I have no idea how that happened. 🤷‍♀️ I guess it was the magic of Disney cookies! 👑 ❤️👩🏻‍🦰

It’s a rainy day along the east coast so I thought I should bring some son…err sun! When a friend asked for me to make cookies for a baby shower, she buried the lead by not telling me it was hers! I’m so excited for my friends and their growing family. ☀️ ❤️👩🏻‍🦰

Nora turned one and while I couldn’t be there to celebrate in person, I was so excited to make these cookies as part of the celebration. I was finally able to use my balloon plaque and of course my all-time favorite number set! Happy birthday little one 🌈❤️👩🏻‍🦰

I have been practicing yoga seriously since the pandemic began (I had gone through previous phases but nothing stuck longer than 6 months) and I am beyond grateful for the community! To be honest, I’m still shocked that I can do a headstand, balance on my arms, and do all sorts of crazy things.

I had a spare cookie and knew exactly what I wanted to do with it - a shout out to my amazing yoga studio Yoga District and its teachers. 🧘🏼‍♀️❤️👩🏻‍🦰

Back from Japan and excited to share some cookies that I made before vacation.

One of the fun parts about cookie decorating is learning about different trends and shows and popular things. When my client asked for a Gabby’s Dollhouse themed set I looked at her and said, “huh?” Thank goodness she had plenty of photos to share as inspiration!

This is the second set of cookies I ever made when I started out in 2020. Looking back I cringe a bit at the uneven flood and other small imperfections. But then I look at how far I have come! To anyone trying something new, just keep going. One day you will look back and blow yourself away with your progress.

Y’all this isn’t an but if you don’t have PreCheck you should. It’s less than $100 and lasts for 5 years. Without a doubt my favorite part is being able to keep my electronics and snacks (cough cookies cough) in my bag. Safe travels! ✈️ ❤️👩🏻‍🦰

Part 3: The Cookies. I am so excited that after replacing the gear my mixer was able to whip a batch of dough without stalling out! We will see how long this fix lasts but I’m optimistic. Overall it took about 90 minutes and cost $20. The video I followed was from FIX Tech Guides and e Replacement Parts. It was easy to follow and I really appreciated the instructions for putting the machine **back together** once finished. 🔨 ❤️ 👩🏻‍🦰

I always get asked how long cookies last. One of my favorite things to do when I have a lot of cookies on hand and am not ready to eat them is throw them in the freezer!
