Got to love it when Pelvic Floor PT says she can tell I’ve been to one before and “great pelvic floor!” Yippy!!! I feel like I got an A+ lol

Momma put there- I highly recommend going and seeing one. Check with your insurance to see if they cover it with a referral. If you recently had a baby most (if not all) OBs will right you one!!!

Also, I highly recommend cupping! Already few the tension release. Great for scare rehab too for you CS or VBAC mommas!!

We are so excited to start our new supplements from Heart & Soil

James has been animal-based (carnivore ) for a while now and feels great. I’m (LiAnne) doing more of a Keto and still incorporating greens.

Will keep y’all posted on progress and how we feel about these. Love that we can buy these straight from the company and don’t have to use Amazon.

So we are definitely going to need to step up our homesteading game… especially with these ridiculous grocery prices…

Our almost two year old’s breakfast this morning (and this is a normal thing for him):
Two duck egg omelette (about the size of three chicken eggs) with cheese, half a slice of bacon, about 3 oz of sausage, and hash browns (a portion the size of my hand) plus 8oz of milk. This is just breakfast y’all!

We are going to need more chickens (James can easily eat 6 in the morning so we would go through about 9 every morning), at least 4 pigs, 1 full size dairy cow, plus at least two beef cows…

Goals: get this house fixed up and updated to sell, get an RV to live in while we build out at the farm, then get our “farm” up and going…

Learning is all about taking your mistakes, assessing and making modifications to improve.

Here are two different sourdough loaves that I made. Same dough (cut in half) and baked at different times due to over space. One did not proof long enough and one over proofed. Still a work in progress but improved greatly and the results are rewarding!
