As promised!! Our new menu item that we have been working on all week!! Our Signature Ruben Sandwich!! We brined the brisket in house for a week and slow baked it with our own special seasoning blend. We made our own Russian Dressing and of course our own Sauerkraut, topped with Swiss cheese served on our House Baked Roggenbrot (rye bread), grilled to perfection!! Today we are serving it with our Hot German Potato Salad all for $13.95. Zach also has a delicious menu available today as always!! Everything will be ready at 11:00!! See you for lunch!!! :)
