Hey guys!... the rumours are true... we are moving to Texas!... I’m very sorry i’ve been absent for a while, but selling and buying a house is not a fun process!, and I wanted to focus on that for a bit.
This is certainly a very bittersweet move for us, as you all know our family is in Texas and we always said we were staying in Asheville for “just a couple of years”... but we fell so in love with this city and all of you, that we didn’t want to go. We will always feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to raise our little girls in such a magical place.
But it is time for us to pursue new dreams, Mr. Sweet Events got his dream job in Houston, TX and we couldnt be happier to be able to be closer to our families that we have missed so much for the last five years.
I cannot express with words the gratitude i have for all of you, by supporting my small business you gave me a new purpose, and made me feel so accomplished and welcome in a city that was so new to me... I really don’t know now if i’ll continue baking in Texas, everything feels still so uncertain, but if i do, I will come back to this space to share it all with you!...
