Had the privilege of donating a baked good to our local Jr. Grange group as a door prize, and decided to do something a little different:

🍫🍰 NEAPOLITAN CAKE 🍰🍫

Layer one: strawberry cake made with a homemade strawberry reduction and a strawberry buttercream

Layer two: fluffy vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream, made with homemade vanilla extract

Layer 3: moist chocolate cake and a chocolatey buttercream to top it off
