A little business update 🤍

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about where I want Wilma’s Cakes to go and, more importantly, how I want my business to fit into my life.

Life is always changing, and I’m at a point where I need to be a little more intentional with my time, my energy, and what I’m taking on. Because of that, beginning September 1st, I’ll no longer be accepting custom orders for personal celebrations or smaller-scale orders.

This wasn’t an easy decision, because I truly love getting to be a small part of so many of your birthdays, celebrations, milestones, and special moments. 🤍 But I also know that this change will allow me to put more time and energy into the parts of Wilma’s Cakes that I really want to grow as well as focusing on more personal growth.

Moving forward, I’ll be focusing on wholesale, weddings, larger events, and events around the area. I’ll still offer holiday menus throughout the year, so definitely keep an eye on the page for those!

You’ll still be able to find Wilma’s Cakes at our wholesale locations and at events throughout the area, and I’m really excited about what this next chapter will look like.
