Baked By Sarah I bake all breads. Quick. Sourdough, Yeast and Gluten and Dairy free. I also have a very long list of Cinnamon and Sweet Rolls. I worked there 1 full summer.

My Bread Story

I fell in love with baking breads when I was around the age of 10. I would add different flours to see what kind of flavors I could come up with. Then at age 15 I had a best friend who’s family owned an Organic Bakery. It was located in Ardmore Oklahoma. It was now in my blood. I continued to make bread until I Married the first time . I

did not make another loaf for over 30 years. I made sweet rolls, baked cakes, and also cookies. But still missed the bread the most. I started working for the bakery at Albertsons in Rock Springs WY . I became a Journey man baker. I was pretty proud of my self. Found out that this was something that was still in my blood. I began thinking about how I would start my dream of baking all kinds of breads. Sweet, Savory, just plain white, or wheat. I am very much enjoying my new journey. It brings peace and grounding to my life and heart. Each loaf is an act of love for me. I want you to enjoy it as much as I do making it.
