Did you know that a group of ladybugs is called a ‘loveliness’? 🐞🐞

I think this group of ladybugs turned out quite lovely, indeed! These are strawberry shells: half are filled with white chocolate ganache and strawberry coulis, and the remaining half are strawberry buttercreme with lemon curd. 🍓🍋

Another custom order is packaged up and ready to go for a baby shower today! Mom and Dad ladybug are all set with their babies. 🥰

I love custom orders because they allow my customers to lead the way with flavors, colors, or themes, while I get to flex my creative muscles in finding a way to make it all come together in a delicious bite.

Baby, let the bake begin…because I’m back! It’s been awhile, and I’ve missed it so much! ❤️There’s something so soothing about freshly-baked macaron shells. I am open for custom orders again, and I can’t wait to transform these shells for an order this weekend! 🐞

I have to add an addendum to my post, because multiple people asked. Meta has decided to no longer allow business pages to use copyrighted music like individuals or content creators can; so, unfortunately, the song that makes the most sense for this post isn’t allowed to be used in my post. Here’s another sneak peek of a customer request for tomorrow’s pop-up!

This one goes out to Sharla Dishno! She requested chocolate-covered strawberry, so you know I had to do it up right! 🍓

This was another fun batch where I threw efficiency out the window. The decorations on this one gave me a few more gray hairs, but I love how they turned out!

These are a strawberry shell, filled with cocoa buttercreme and a strawberry coulis center. They are dipped in chocolate and adorned with royal icing details.

This month I will be doing one deluxe 6-pack and two 3-pack options. I’ve got some classic favorites, some new flavors, and some customer requests, ready to go! 🎉

My Saturday pop-up at Emery and Pearl Provisions is just around the corner! 🤩

Here is sneak peek #1 for my customer-requested flavors. This one goes out to Connie Roeder and Lisa Wiegman!

This is a German chocolate shell, filled with German chocolate buttercreme and a coconut pecan center, topped with chocolate and toasted coconut.

You can get yours on Saturday, April 12th between 10am and 3pm at Emery and Pearl Provisions, located at 222 E. College Ave. in downtown Appleton. Come try their delicious sandwiches and get some dessert while you’re at it! 😍
