Chaos Acres Founded in 2021, Chaos Acres is a home-based cottage registered bakery rooted in community, family, and baking from scratch. There is no order minimum.

Specializing in sourdough breads and other sourdough based items. All items are homemade and not subject to state inspection. Chaos Acres is a small-batch bakery located in West Central MN. Please allow 2-3 business days for any orders containing sourdough and 1-2 business days for all other orders. I am willing to travel within a 2 hour radius of my location. Please message for further details. You can place an order either through the website or direct messages. I am a MN Cottage License holder. All products are homemade and are not subject to state inspection.

Happy Monday!

Quick stand update!!

The stand WILL be out on Wednesday from 8a-6/7pm. Our **LAST** stand will be scheduled for Oct 28th! Then we will be moving to orders only through the late fall through winter!

We have been battling bugs like crazy with some of the packaging (🤢🤢). So options will be limited to canned items, items that can be sealed in bags, and pans with tight fitting lids.

This week you can expext:

Sourdough Loaves
Apple Pie Filling (limited quantity!!)
Rolls/Cinni Minni's
Banana Bread
Pumpkin Bread
Maybe some cookies if there is time. I have a heavy week for running therapy appointments and family comes before the oven. ☺️

Any muffins can be special ordered but they will be held in the house to avoid the bugs.

I can't let the weekend pass without showing off a couple of the special order items we had this week AND opening a pre-order!

Red Velvet Chocolate Rolls with a Cream Cheese Icing - rich red velvet with a chocolate chip and fudge filling. SO good!

Apple Pie Caramel Rolls - This literally tasted like an apple pie coated in caramel.

Cosmic Brownie Rolls - these have been creating A LOT of interest! A soft, milk chocolate roll with a fudge and candy filling topped with chocolate ganache and candies.

Each of these were SO fun to make. We will be running a pre-order week October 19-23! All rolls, snack cakes, brownies, AND mocha bars are up for grabs!!

I am sitting here looking at my schedule book with complete gratitude.

This past week, we had 18 orders. That doesn't include those of you to snagged any extras!

I'm sitting here and literally all I can think this morning is "But God." I don't typically post about or share my faith on this page because I want everyone to feel welcome here. But there have been some really deep prayers about the direction that Chaos Acres needs to go and that a way be revealed. The fine details of those prayers and asks are between me and Him but to say he's providing answers is completely selling it short.

You guys truly have no idea how much your support means. To me, to my mom (who wanted no recognition but she is my hired hand), to my husband who picks up the slack when the weeks get crazy and the house is in chaos, and to my boys who spend some of their free time helping me sticker items, set up, tear down, and check messages. It means so, SO much.

My goal is to have my winter schedule look like this too. So as we transition out of bread stand weeks into pre-orders only, please do not hesitate to reach out for ANY baking needs!

We will have a bread stand out on October 14th and our last one is going to be October 28th (subject to change with weather conditions!).

I cannot stress it enough... THANK YOU!

We went through 25 POUNDS of apples this week! 🤣 That is A LOT of apples!

**SOLD** I will have *ONE* extra apple crisp ready for pick up today before 2:30pm or tomorrow between 8:30am and 2:30pm!

What a fun week its been! I absolutely loved the change of pace and the variety of things you all came up with this week!
