Last weekend, I was (pleasantly!) surprised by how much granola got snatched up. I've been making it for quite a long time, but it never sold well - there was a time I considered throwing in the towel, but I personally really like it!

Last night, I made a quadruple batch, and it came out perfect - golden and crunchy. Come see for yourself this weekend!

Today's breakfast was sourdough toast with some leftover hot honey jalapeno cream cheese from 😍 and everything seasoning. 11/10 recommend!

Tonight, the bread we have left gets cut up and goes into the freezer - it'll become croutons the next time we need them. Tomorrow, the cycle starts all over so we can have fresh bread on Saturday!

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by the Farmers Market for bread and treats this weekend! It is so humbling, and such a pleasure, to bring more and more and still go home with a single loaf of focaccia. Which, pro-tip, makes a delightful breakfast with cream cheese. And actually I heard the same thing about my rosemary and olive oil bread this weekend from some of you too! 😋

It is amazing how motivating a great market can be - I came home and printed labels for next week before crashing for a much needed nap! Already looking forward to seeing you guys again next week ❤️

If you love good coffee and good sourdough, make sure you check out this new coffee sourdough with maple and dates! Made with coffee, the loaf has a true coffee flavor, with just a hint of sweetness. I got the flavor idea from a reddit post that mentioned using this flavor combo to make French toast 😲😍 Just saying in case you need an idea!

Thank you, very much, to everyone who stopped by the Farmer's Market this past weekend! I came home with just one loaf of jalapeno cheddar sourdough, which we toasted to eat with tomato soup for a quick and easy dinner tonight. Perfection 👌

Despite what SEEMED like slightly slower foot traffic on Saturday, it was a record-breaker for most loaves of sourdough sold in a day, most loaves of focaccia sold in a day, and my highest single day of sales since starting my business in 2024 ☺️ I'm baking pretty close to my personal capacity... but by specific request, some browned butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies might make their way onto the table next weekend.... 👀 Make sure you stop by!
