So I'm considering testing a monthly Delivery Day for local customers.
The idea would be:

After a busy few weeks, this week’s menu is all about returning favorites, keeping things simple, and focusing on the bakes that people have been asking for most.

That means plenty of sourdough, two focaccia favorites, English muffins on Wednesday, bagels returning Saturday, coffee cake, cookies, and granola.

In other words: a pretty good week to be a carb enthusiast.

Wednesday & Saturday Porch Pickup

This week’s menu honestly feels like one of the most balanced drops we’ve done yet - crusty sourdough, soft milk bread, crisp focaccia edges, slow-fermented English muffins, giant cookies, small batch granola, and cinnamon rolls that genuinely have no business being this soft.

Also returning this week: Japanese Style Salt Bread.

We introduced these recently and people immediately became obsessed. Soft buttery milk bread wrapped around a rich butter center with a delicate crisp bottom somehow manages to feel light, rich, cozy, and wildly addictive all at the same time.

We’re also rolling out TWO new items this week:

We’re back to our regular pickup schedule this week, and honestly… this menu feels very “spring bakery in its comfort era.”

A few favorites are returning, a few new things are landing, and we’re officially introducing Japanese Style Salt Bread — which may quietly become one of my favorite things coming out of this kitchen right now.
