Happy Sunday!

Something is rising in the kitchen. 🍞

Soft, buttery dinner rolls are coming to the menu just in time for the holidays.

You know the moment. Everybody finally sitting down, the table crowded with more food than anybody planned, somebody reaching across for the basket before grace is even finished. That basket is what we've been working on.

Watch this page for the drop date. We'd love to be part of your table this year. 🤍

🍂 NEW for fall: Candied Pecans! 🍂

Something sweet just joined the lineup at The Baker and The Beard! Our candied pecans are toasted until golden, then coated in a crunchy cinnamon-sugar glaze that makes the whole kitchen smell like autumn. 🤎

They're perfect for:
✨ Snacking straight from the bag (no judgment 😉)
✨ Topping salads, oatmeal, or ice cream
✨ Holiday snack boards and gift baskets
✨ Teacher, neighbor, or "just because" gifts

We're so grateful for this season and for every one of you who's welcomed our little bakery to your table. 🙏 These are made in small batches, so preorder yours on Hotplate for Friday porch pickup in Apollo Beach!

Happy fall, y'all! 🍁

🍪 They're BACK! 🍪

Our sourdough oatmeal cream pies are officially back on the menu this week — and we've missed them just as much as you have!

Soft, chewy sourdough oatmeal cookies sandwiched around our homemade cream filling. The Beard still swears they're better than Little Debbie's, and honestly? We're not going to argue. 😉

✨ The new drop is live on Hotplate now
📍 Friday porch pickup in Apollo Beach (near the Walmart off 41)

Grab a few for the week, a few for the grandkids, and maybe one for the drive home — we won't tell. 🤍

We're so grateful for every one of you who's supported our little kitchen. Thank you for letting us bake for your family!

09/17/2026

We are still open for preorders until 9:30PM tonight. If you’d like to guarantee a loaf - that’s the way to go!

We also offer a few loaves on Saturdays at The Bread Box. Stop on by!

09/14/2026

Happy Monday, neighbors! We are back from our trip away and cannot wait to get back in the kitchen this week. We're looking forward to baking all the bread and goodies for you. Our drop is OPEN now for Friday's porch pickup.

🍫🍫 We've added double chocolate chip muffins to the menu! They'll be perfect with your morning cup of coffee.

The link to order is listed below in the comments. Let us know if you're ready to see PUMPKIN or APPLE on the menu next week. :)

Up early and in the kitchen for recipe testing! I know it’s still super hot outside but I’m ready for all things apple & pumpkin flavors. These are banana pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. 🍌 🎃

Who’s got something exciting happening this week?!
