This week's featured cake....The Hummingbird. A banana pineapple spice cake with cream cheese frosting and pecans. A real southern dessert. All orders must be placed by Thursday noon for a Friday afternoon pickup. $30

Who wants French Macarons????? This weekend I will be making Lemon, Strawberry and Orange Cremesicle flavored. Prices are $2 each/ $20 for 12/ $30 for 20 and $1.25 each for 50 or more. Orders must be placed by Friday for Saturday pick up.

Aunt Carrie's Cupcakes is changing its name to Aunt Carrie's Confections due to the amount of macarons we are selling! Tampa brides will be sampling my macarons this June at the big wedding expo! To get ready for this, I need to take some photos of my macarons as wedding favors and wedding towers. That means lots of model macarons will be made this week. Who's going to eat them all???? This weekends menu: French Macarons: Rose, Lavender, Butter Rum, Strawberry~Cupcakes: Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Lovers. Cupcakes are $25 per dozen and Macarons are $20 per dozen.
