It been too long so let me give you all an update. Covid changed a lot. It was awful to not be able to show my love through baking like I always do. When times get tough, I spread joy by baking. With covid I just wasn’t comfortable doing that. But baking is what renews me so I put my focus on improving my technique and finding my style.
Now things seem to be moving in a positive direction. I planned on certifying my new kitchen. However, my family has decided start fostering dogs so baking at home isn’t an option. I may start searching for a kitchen but for now I will be posting pictures of updated cake recipes!

When you finish middle school with honors you get Sweet Grain cake but not just any cake....
Shout out to the coolest mom ever, Joelle, for coming to me with this idea!
I have no idea how these kids stayed so calm cool and collected?!?! I was screeching just watching the video but I guess I’m just not as cool as a teenager 😂
