My name is Kim for who remembers i owned a Taste of Brooklyn bakery i was known for my rainbow cookies. I will be just selling them on the side if anyone interested in purchasing? For future just need few days notice as they take 2 days to make. $30.00 a pound as cost of ingredients have gone up! Any businesses looking to purchase can me to!💚❤️🇮🇹 pick up would be in Fuquay

Now i don’t have a store front anymore but doesn’t mean i have stopped baking! I am now starting to take custom orders again but will be limited & prices will vary because with cost of everything & will be doing this on my
Own. Will be doingg more things once i get many orders .
Here a price list of everything but can pm me for custom orders and can do pick up at Fuquay, holly springs police station!
Individual cookies-chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin , peanut butter $3.00
Cupcakes $43.00 a dozen basic cupcake flavors & decor as pictured :vanilla, chocolate, white almond /wedding white, Oreo, banana cream, chocolate pb, strawberry, cookie.
Italian cookies by the pound $ 30.00 a lb
: 1/2 lb minimum: chocolate dipped, sprinkles, almond cherry, lemon drop, raspberry thumbprint, jelly sandwich , anisette s & sesame .
Rainbow cookies by the pound : $45.00 a lb
1/2 lb minimum

Pignoli cookies 1/2 lb minimum -$55.00 a lb
Black & white cookies $4.75 a piece
Chipwich & oatmeal cream pies $5.50 a piece

It’s been a week that had time to myself so wanted to come on and thank everyone! Thank you to my loyal customers for the past 5 1/2 years who came to order a cake, buy a cake slice , & many many Italian cookies! Want to thank my staff who we became friends , the long long hours where we wanted to pull our hair out especially Christmas time lol . If anyone wants to order Italian cookies, pastries or cupcakes can pm me here as will be doin it on the side! ❤️❤️❤️

To a taste of Brooklyn family :

Our hearts are filled with gratitude for the incredible journey we shared over 5 1/2 years . With the help of you all we had countless memories, survived a pandemic, served up amazing sweet treats.
We poured our hearts into this bakery , sharing my love for baking & wanted to have a space that resembled bakeries i grew up with in New York .
With a mix of emotions i decided to close the bakery .
It will be taken over by new management Lisa with a similar concept & i know she will do amazing here & welcome her with open arms! She will reopen in a week !
My journey wouldn’t be possible without our amazing customers i just want say thank you! This week will be our last week and Saturday will be our last day.
So if you like to purchase items, until we sell out or just to say goodbye❤️
Anyone with future orders they will still be here & will be fulfilled as my staff will still be here
