Many, many years ago, I worked at the Outback Steakhouse and they had a thick and tall Key Lime Pie that was to die for. So, I thought, what the heck...let's make a "Mile High Key Lime Pie" and this is the result. Hand's down, this is miles high better than the Outback! So, we are going to start creating some "Mile High Pies" like Banana Bavarian and Strawberry Swirl so stay tuned!
