I feel phobia to post here cuz I can't deal with saying no to people to be overbooked, but it is silly because I have to show my work somewhere, so I decide post the most I can until my kitchen renovation is ready to do videos again... About this cake, was a Casino cake, took about 10 hours to make, is Redvelvet and chocolate cake with whipped cream (vanilla and choco) 6 and 10" size, covered with fondant, edible details except the dice 🎲, is making with fondant and polystyrene, I decide to do it like that for easy transportation. The cake was safe and delivered to Pleasant Hill, California.

I'm from Venezuela, a country with the most beautiful beaches, warm people, and the most heartbreaking history. The name of the bakery is because my favorite mountain in the world (Avila) is from Caracas, Venezuela. My vanilla cake recipe is from there, too!

I never thought make this account personal, but today, Venezuelan people need prayers 🙏 to end the dictatorship that has currently become a nightmare.
