Alarm schedule for a cottage baker with bagels on the menu this week 🤣 all after a busy bake day in between 3 hours at the ball field and 2 at the hockey rink 💁‍♀️ For those asking why I don’t have bagels on my menu every week- this is why. When I sell bagels, I want them to be made morning-of and it’s so hard when I have events and sports games lined up at the same time. Tomorrow I will be setting up at the Harvest Fest on the Lot in Milford.. heading to the rink to get my son on the ice for 9:10 game start, then leaving the game a bit early to get back to the event start time. If you preordered for pickup there, please be patient with me just in case I am running a bit late. Trying over here 🤣🧡 Appreciate you guys and hope to see you tmrw!!

Toying with the idea of adding bagels to the menu this week! My schedule has changed a bit but I will still be at the 2nd Annual Harvest Market on the Lot, 440 New Haven Ave in Milford from 10-1 (event ends at 3 but I need to leave early because my son’s baseball team is the #1 seed in an end of season tournament- Go Valley Surge Red! ❤️) soo I encourage presales, available for pickup at my roadside stand in Ansonia at 7:45am OR pickup at the Festival in Milford between 10-1. Menu coming soon- promise 🙌🏼

Just a quick and personal THANK YOU (before I finally sleep 🤣) to everyone that has showed up for my breads week after week. 🥹

Today was rough with the weather- still have a chill in my bones 😩 However, I am SO sad to see the 2026 market season come to an end.. but I have quite a few things in store for the upcoming holiday season. Stay tuned for that 🧡

And a special shoutout to the amazing ladies that run the Downtown Milford Farmers Market who show up week after week, not only organizing the events and manning the show but also taking care of the vendors- asking if we need bathroom breaks or even a warm cup of coffee on a chilly day like today. Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed 🤍

Soup Season is here! 🙌🏼 This Saturday is looking like a CHILLY one, but it’s also my LAST FARMERS MARKET OF THE SEASON! 😭

So head down to Wasson at 8:30 and grab some fresh produce (and my sourdough of course 😉) and make yourself a delicious pot of warm soup for the brisk fall day (Or get some to go from Bobettes or any other local favorites.. because Milford has some bomb.com soup options!)

Day 2 of the CT Defender Hockey Tournament. I sent these boys yesterday with some of my famous sourdough browned butter chocolate chip cookies. An attempt to not feel so guilty missing it. And if you saw me crying at my booth yesterday when I watched my son score a goal, from my phone, no you didn’t 🤣 Just an emotional momma over here trying to cherish every moment 💙 Let’s get after it today!
