The PERFECT macaron! I’ve finally (I think!) perfected this recipe!! If you’ve ever baked macarons, you know how finicky they can be. The weather/humidity can effect them. The number of times you told the batter...but Heather has done it! They are perfectly chewy on the inside, crunchy on the outside and the feet are beautiful!!
