Any of the bundt cakes can also be made into a mini size. Choose from peppermint mocha, peanut butter and chocolate volcano cake, apple cider doughnut or caramel pecan pie mini bundts.

A bundt cake is great anytime!
My favorite is the Apple Cider Doughnut cake; coated in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with apple cider glaze.
Chocolate and peanut butter are a perfect match in this "Volcano cake".

Whoopie pies originated in my home state of Pennsylvania, in the heart of Dutch country! If you haven’t experienced one, you’re completely missing out! I take the traditional recipes and add my own flair and creative touches with a “little of this” and a “dash of that”!
