Cookie Club Members are in for a real treat this month thanks to our friends at Heritage Kimchi who introduced us to the absolutely delicious treat, the Choco Pie. If you haven’t had one before, it’s like a moon pie but instead of Graham cracker, the marshmallow filling is sandwiched between cake layers. Amazing, right? Ellen said we should stuff it in a cookie. Yes. Please. Meet the Choco Choco Pie Cookie. Our chocolate cookie base, chocolate chips, and a whole Choco Pie in the center. The gooey chocolately coating of the choco pie melts into the cookie dough as it bakes and you might cry a few tears of joy as you eat it and then sadness when you realize it’s all gone… If you want to try this flavor - make sure you join the Cookie Club, our new monthly subscription service.
