It's Bialy day!

Bialys are chewy, flat, disk-shaped rolls with slow-roasted onions and poppy seeds in the center. They were once readily available in American urban centers with Jewish communities, but over time they’ve become more difficult to find. Not to worry though! You can find them in the Bakeshop every first Tuesday of the month.

They’re delicious on their own or with many of the same fixings as you’d eat with a bagel. Enjoy!

New! Huron Honey Wheat 🍯 🌾

Here comes a new pan loaf we're really excited about! Made with Michigan honey and freshly milled wheat and spelt, this bread is nutty and a little sweet. It has a thin crust and a pillowy soft texture, making it perfect for sandwiches. It's quickly become a favorite of staff (and their kids!).
