Today marks the 3rd year where I turned from a baker to a mom….apparently my child has joined in my coffee loving life. Happy Birthday Henry who made me a mommy! Wish I was still open….because I might just have used this video as advertisement to sell some cappuccinos!!!

It’s been awhile since I made any updates. I just wanted to post that I’ve been baking up a different bun in the oven the last 9 months. He arrived on Monday and my husband and I are totally in LOVE.

I missed baking....so I decided to make some goodies and try out a farmers market.
If you are in the Brighton Area today...I am set up at the Brighton Farmers Market. I brought some tasty scones, blueberry muffins, & cookies with me. The market goes from 8-1pm. Come by and say hi!

Not trying to rub it in...just wanting to say that I’m missing all of our wonderful Pastry Peddlers. Dinner was one of the last remaining frozen beef pasties that I have.

Happy New Year!

I have received a ton of e-mails and Facebook messages wanting to know if we have made any decisions about the future. Sadly we still don’t have any plans to re-open. Even though we miss all of you, and we would love to see you again, it just isn’t in the cards right now.

In the meantime I have become an Independent Stylist for Color Street Nails. Very excited to be mentioned in this article! It is an honor to be included and with such great company.

With plenty of eateries and cafes, it's no wonder that Ann Arbor also has some of the best pastry shops and bakeries around. But doughnut take our word for it. Try seven of our mouth-watering favorite places to get a yummy treat or to satisfy your bread craving.

It is with a heavy heart that we are officially announcing the closing of the Pastry Peddler. Our last day of business will be Saturday November 17.

It has been an a-maize-ing journey we have been on. We are very grateful for all of you who have patronized our little shop. It has been our pleasure to bake and barista for all of you the last 10 years.
