Today I made these chocolate chip cookie cupcakes for an event I am going to! They are vanilla cupcakes with chocolate chips topped with a swirl of Biscoff cookie butter frosting, mini chocolate chips, and a mini Chips Ahoy cookie! I haven't had anyone order them yet as they aren't technically on my menu, but I am working on designing a new menu with all of my flavors, so stay tuned! After test baking these back in February, I knew that these would be one of my favorites and needed to be added to the menu!🍪 🧁

This year I am making Hot Cocoa (chocolate cake filled with marshmallow creme and hot chocolate buttercream with mini marshmallows on top) and Candy Cane Bark (vanilla red and white cake topped with peppermint frosting and homemade triple chocolate peppermint bark.)
