I am selling my almost new (Used only a handful of times) Simply Bread oven- Has a build in steamer so it steams the loaves for you to get that crusty top (if you want to use it) you also can use the oven for traditional baking and even pizza's It has 3 decks that are 20x20 each. Let me know if you are interested. Table all the equipment that I bought for it will go with it. I do not have the right kind of plug to (amperage) to check to see how many hours I actually baked in it. (though likely half of those hours were used for heating the oven up) but I know it was used less than 12 times. Stones are clean and have been cured. The weight time for a new oven is over 2 months and this will save you thousands. I also have a large commercial mixer and stand that I will be getting selling too if interested. Yes I have decided to not continue with the bakery, but will do special small orders if people contact me directly.
