If you weren’t selected this time, don’t worry at all. We’ll definitely be doing more taste tests with future flavors… and trust me, creating new flavors is my FAVORITE thing to do 😂 So there’s plenty more coming!

Also, just a quick reminder, there will be no pop-ups this week due to the weather. We’ll be back and ready next Tuesday and Friday.

Long post!😅

First, I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who tested our new flavor and took the time to leave feedback 🥹 that means more to me than you know!

When we gave out those first few, we only had 4 available at the time and with the weather being so bad, we tried to choose people who were closest by for quick pickup. I see now how much interest there was, and I definitely don’t want anyone to feel left out 🤍

So… I’ll have another, fresh small batch of about 5 tester rolls ready Wednesday 👀
If you’d like a chance to grab one, just comment below and I’ll randomly select a few people for pickup!

We do plan to keep doing test tastings here and there for future flavors (because baby… we CANNOT eat all these rolls ourselves 😩🤣), so if you didn’t get one this round, don’t worry, more opportunities are definitely coming!

Also, we have been closely watching the weather and unfortunately, opening the Belle Truck Friday wouldn’t be in our best interest with these storms potentially increasing in intensity. Weather looks good next week so expect us back next Tuesday and Friday!💕 Pre-Orders will open back up this Thursday for pick-up at the Belle Truck after 8am next Tuesday. Flavor lineup will also be posted Thursday.

This one right here… is next level! And just to be clear, this is not our Strawberry Shortcake Roll. This is something completely different. Something richer. Creamier. More indulgent.

Our Strawberry Cheesecake Roll starts with our soft, fluffy signature roll, then gets layered with a decadent cheesecake icing that truly stands out! Smooth, creamy, and packed with that classic cheesecake flavor you love 🤍

From there, we take it up a notch…
A buttery cheesecake crust crumble sprinkled right on top for that perfect texture

Finished with a sweet, slightly chunky strawberry compote, layered over everything, giving you that fresh, fruity bite in every single piece.

Every bite is soft, creamy, crunchy, and fruity all at once. It’s giving full dessert experience😍

We originally planned to set up this Tuesday & Friday, but with all this rain in the forecast 🌧️ we unfortunately will not be open Tuesday.

It’s been such a busy month with graduation celebrations, but every moment has been so worth it. 🤍🎓

I want to take a moment to congratulate all of my family members who have graduated. What an incredible accomplishment! 🎉🎉 Words truly can’t express how proud I am of each and every one of you. The hard work, dedication, late nights, and perseverance you’ve poured into this journey have not gone unnoticed.

Watching you all reach this milestone is beyond inspiring. You set goals, stayed committed, and pushed through every challenge, and now you’re stepping into a new chapter with so much to offer the world.

We had the absolute best time at the Freedom Ignited event this weekend. From start to finish, the energy was amazing! We met so many incredible customers and vendors, and it truly felt like one big community coming together.

One of the biggest highlights for us was reconnecting with fellow vendors we’ve been seeing at recent events. With this Alabama heat showing no mercy, we were all looking out for each other, supporting one another, and pushing through together, and that meant everything. We’re so grateful for the relationships we’re building along this journey!

To the Dothan locals, thank you for the love, the support, and for showing up the way you did. Y’all made us feel so welcomed, and we truly appreciate every single purchase, conversation, and smile🤎

The turnout was incredible, the networking was unmatched, and that FIREWORKS show?! A whole showstopper 🎆👏🏾

A huge thank you to the event planner for putting together such a beautiful and well-organized event. We were honored to be a part of something that celebrates and supports our service members while bringing the community together in such a special way.

As a Veteran, I am honored to take part in this year’s Armed Forces Day celebration in Dothan! Armed Forces Day is about recognizing and honoring the men and women who serve our country, and being able to participate in an event centered around that means a lot to me personally🇺🇸

This will be the biggest event Southern Belle Bites has taken on yet. We’re preparing nearly 300 cinnamon rolls for the day! Because of the amount of prep involved, we will not be having our regular pop-ups this week so we can fully focus on getting everything ready for this event.

If you’ll be attending Freedom Ignited at the National Peanut Festival Grounds on May 16th, make sure to stop by our truck, grab a fresh roll, enjoy the live music, fireworks, military aircrafts, and help us celebrate the day together. 🤎✨

We’ll return the following week with our regular pop-up schedule, and all details will be posted next Sunday!
