✨My cottage bakery permit came just in time for Mother's Day!✨

I have enough starter for 6 dozen sourdough cinnamon rolls (or 12 pans of 4 jumbo rolls) if anyone wants to treat the mama in their life with some sourdough cinnamon rolls this weekend. Throw one on a tray with some juice and you have the perfect breakfast in bed!

I will be offering traditional cinnamon rolls and caramel rolls for this weekend. Pickup in northeast Anchorage Saturday afternoon! Link to order👇

OPEN for business {again}

I have been temporarily closed while we moved from Oklahoma to Alaska, BUT today I received my cottage bakery permit from the city of Anchorage!

Alaska has very different laws compared to Oklahoma for cottage bakery owners and this was the last hoop to jump through. Let the baking begin!!!

Don’t let my lack of presence here mislead you! 🫣 I have still been making lots of cinnamon rolls, BUT we are moving to Alaska in 4 weeks. If any of my Oklahoma friends need one last cinnamon roll fix I will be taking orders for ONE more week with March 12th being the last pickup day. And FYI--they freeze well 😉

Tuesday pickup is completely booked, but I have room for ONE dozen more rolls or TWO pans of four jumbo rolls for pickup THIS Wednesday (Nov 27th). Sourdough cinnamon rolls on Thanksgiving morning sounds like the perfect treat to me!
