It's opening day! Join us at The Crossing Alaska from 3-5 pm for Chicago style Italian beef sandwiches and Chicago style hot dogs. Look for us in the tent. It's going to be a little chilly outside so bundle up, and order a cup of homemade hot chocolate. We look forward to seeing you this afternoon!!

Friends and family, we are so excited to share what we've been up to lately.....
We have ventured into bringing our Chicago favorites to Alaska. We are starting with Italian beef sandwiches and Chicago style hot dogs with more faves to come. To all of our valued customers, thank you so much for your support this year, we have truly enjoyed serving you!
As 2025 rolls in we are looking forward to serving all of you in a whole new way. Exciting things are coming, but as this new adventure starts we must end our previous one. We will no longer be offering our baked goods and freeze dried treats. We will continue to update everyone through this page until our new one is up and running. We wish everyone a blessed New Year!!
* Our children are selling the last of our freeze dried candy at a discounted rate to raise money for missions through our church.
