My final meal at the fair this year, and it was a worthy mention! Tres Amigo protein bowl- has rice, black beans, and jerk chicken under the toppings. They can also make all their tacos gf, and are familiar with how to avoid cross-contamination! The price was a bit high but I was hungry. 😅😋

Apologies for my lack of social media presence lately! My daughter's soccer team was in dire need of coaches, so I stepped up- but it leaves me with very little time alongside my baking. 😂

A belated but no less enthusiastic THANK YOU to everyone who entrusted me with their birthday and anniversary desserts this week!! I had such a blast. 💓

I'll be the first to admit I do not decorate foods well. I also would likely not cut it as a food photographer 🤣. But when I got a request for a little boy who shares my birthday and reeeeally wanted Spongebob themed cupcakes, how am I gonna say no? Luckily his mom said simple is fine, so here's a bit of what exactly 1 icing tip and 0 piping bags can get us!

Don't worry, I ordered some supplies so I can avoid this in the future haha! The cupcakes are GF and DF and the icing is GF only- but I can do DF icing as well!

Anyone else hit up the Bear Paw Festival? Lots of good vendors this year, but sadly lacking in gluten free options- though the corn cob and pudding were fantastic! (Ignore the seasonings all over my sleeve haha I was hungry!)
