I heard they might have bagels too, but rumors are just rumors.

Sweet Squeezed fans, we will be slinging our freshly squeezed fair style lemonade this Saturday, 5/11, at the Bayshore Neighborhood Garage Sale.

We will have our traditional lemonade, lemon/limeade, our signature All Muddled Up (lemon, lime and orange). We will have black and green tea and our signature flavor add ins.

We are also excited to announce that we have a no sugar added/stevia option as well 🍋

I come on here today with some sad news- we unfortunately, do have to permanently close earlier than we had intended- effective immediately.

However, we will keep our licensure to operate open for a while should we decide to do a cash operations at random to get rid of the rest of our supplies and stock.

We are passing our recipe on to another small business to help them in their new journey in business as well and wish them as much success as we have had. I will let them announce on their own time as to who it is 😉

If we owe you a refund please email us at [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as possible with a refund. We have not touched payments, so it’s all there with a click of a button should our records reflect your last order payment was unfulfilled. I do not have my work cell phone on me as I flew out of state with two hours notice and did not even think to grab it, but I do have access to our payment processor and email and am glad to have had an incredible accountant over at Midum who is helping me shut down everything from afar simply because he is an incredible person. I can’t recommend Midum enough- through our entire operational process they have been a key factor to our success and an amazing support system. If you have a small business, please consider placing them on your interview list for your accounting and bookkeeping needs. They will soon also be able to file taxes as a licensed CPA!

And lastly, thank you to our supporters and our customers. You have all been so kind, amazing and supportive. 🥰

We may have to close earlier than anticipated. It is very likely we won’t be able to do next months orders. I had to take an emergency flight to Kansas to get emergency guardianship of my mother who I had said previously went missing. I may not be able to be back in Alaska by next months orders.

I will keep everyone posted. Feel free to stall paying invoices for next month, and I will reach out individually when I return.

🚨 There will be a slight delay on some orders. I had intended on finishing orders on Thursday & Friday. However, my mother went missing & instead I spent the last 3 days helping our family and authorities locate her and her belongings.

We are firing back up today and will push the rest of the orders out as fast as we can.

We understand this is a major inconvenience and sincerely apologize.

We will not be able to get to all the challah orders today, but should be able to get several done. Since it’s Saturday, and tradition is to eat them on Friday and Saturday, if you do not get your order today, we can either refund your order for this month, or issue a credit to account and deliver a free challah to you as an “I’m sorry” Friday of next week. We will reach out after today to challah orders we were not able to get to and see what your preference is.

The rest of the bagels should all be delivered by tomorrow afternoon.

It’s the man behinds the scenes’ birthday today. This weekend he’s been spending it at Arctic Comic Con with Austin Tindle and some other of his favorite people and vendors. We’d love to thank Arctic Comic Con for the generosity in extending a second VIP ticket to his dad to accompany him on his birthday to the event. They have put on a fabulous first day of the event, and we look forward to seeing more of it tomorrow. If you haven’t signed up for the 2 day event, you are missing out- go check them out.

On this note, orders will be delivered on time, technically, but will not be started to be delivered until Wednesday so we can restock ingredients and check supplies before sending orders out, since we’re spending our time enjoying the important days in life.

I woke up extremely sick this morning and must throw out all of todays dough and get some rest. Due to this, depending on recovery time, bagel delivery times may exceed the 10 day delivery period this month. I cannot legally, morally or physically operate in the kitchen with my current symptoms. We will work on ways to rectify this with customers this will effect.

We are so very much appreciative of Anchorage and everything Anchorage has done for us. We have loved serving you, working with you and getting to meet everyone.

However, our life circumstances have drastically changed and I’m having problems finding the TIME to grow this business and my son has lost most of his love of baking due to the high demand.

Therefore, I have made the decision that we will be closing our doors in July.

If there is anyone who may be interested in learning our recipe and opening a company with our techniques, please reach out. I would be glad to share the process and recipe techniques so that you can have a successful foundation at no charge. However, you must show that you are serious about wanting to pursue this.
