I have always had a passion for baking, and when I am in the kitchen all my love and heart goes into my product. Pie is timeless, and I feel as though it is often overlooked. In my neighborhood Denny's is the only place that sells pie. It's time to start to change that. Pie should never be frozen. It is a dessert that changes with the seasons and there is always an occasion for a slice of love. I

use the fruits that nature provides us freshly and naturally, with my hands, and with love, from scratch

Even when cherries are $10/lb and take you hours to pit. (Thank you Lita) Even when big warehouse stores will do the work for you, just thaw and bake.

Even when countless “advisors,” & other bakery owners have asked, “What don’t you buy your shells frozen.”

Even when you have to drive here and there and everywhere to get the quality produce you prefer.

The end product is worth it, I mean look at those cherries spilling out, LOOK AT THEM ❤️
