Twisted Buns plant-based bakery At Twisted bakery, we strive to create food that is so amazing, the fact that it’s 100% vegan is just the cherry on top!

No one has ever said, “I am going vegan because I hate the taste of ice cream…pizza…cheese.” They simply don’t like how these foods get on their plate. One of our main goals at Twisted bakery is to shake up people’s perceptions about vegan food. We’re fully committed to creating incredible plant-based baked goods that are not only made with love, but also contribute to making a difference for the animals and the planet. You can find us at the Amherst Farmer's Market every Saturday morning from 8am to 1:30pm. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Saturday is looking a little chilly... and we have the perfect excuse to bundle up and head to the market. ☕️🍂

We all know there’s nothing better than a hot cup of cocoa in chilly weather. But what if you could eat it?

So we came up with these big, gooey Hot Chocolate Cinnamon Buns! 🍫🔥

Sweet chocolate brioche dough, swirled with a fudgy chocolate filling and Belgian dark chocolate chunks. Topped with a rich glossy chocolate ganache and a giant house-made, toasted vanilla marshmallow.

The classic deli favorite is getting a major upgrade, and it’s making its grand debut at the Amherst Farmers Market this weekend!

Introducing our House-Cured Reuben. We’ve layered our flavorful house-made (seitan) pastrami - rolled in a blend of cracked peppercorns and aromatic herbs - with tangy sauerkraut, a rich drizzle of Russian dressing, and perfectly melted smokey cheese. It’s all held together between two slices of hearty rye bread, toasted extra nice and crisp.

So if you're looking for the perfect market lunch, this one is guaranteed to hit the spot.

We’ll be at the Amherst Farmers' Market tomorrow, rain or shine, and we're bringing these beauties with us.

Our Chocolate Hazelnut Twists are crisp, buttery pastry filled with a rich, house-made chocolate hazelnut cream, dark chocolate, and organic hazelnuts. We keep the sugar low so it's perfectly balanced, deeply chocolatey, and incredibly satisfying.

This Saturday, we’re bringing a Roman street food classic to the Amherst Farmers Market: Lingue di Pizza!

We stretch our scratch-made dough into long, thin strips, bake them until they are deeply golden and crispy, and finish them with organic tomato sauce, aromatic oregano, and sea salt.

Simple, traditional, and incredibly addictive!
