🌻 Happy American Farmstand Day! 🌻

Foresthill Farmstand has proudly served our community since 2020! ❤️

What began as one small roadside stand has grown into something far beyond what we ever imagined. Reaching this point has taken six years of early mornings, late nights, long bake days, constant learning, plenty of setbacks and more hard work than most people will ever see. Through it all, we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.

Every season, every stand and every new step has been built from the ground up by our family, with the encouragement and support of this amazing community. As we continue working toward opening Foresthill Market & Bakery, we’re reminded that every long day and every challenge has brought us one step closer to that dream.

American Farmstand Day celebrates the roadside stands, local growers, bakers and makers who help bring communities together. We’re so proud to be part of that tradition right here in Amherst!

WHEW…what a morning! Both Amherst stands are stocked with baked goods, produce and the first mums of the season! 😍🌼

🌼 9” MUMS — $10 each OR 3 for $25! 🌼

They’re just starting to bud, so there are lots of beautiful blooms still to come! Mums are available ONLY at the Foresthill Homestand. We also have ASTERS and mini green, black and orange decorative PUMPKINS. 🎃

Yellow watermelon is back, along with locally grown Estella watermelon, small cantaloupes, candy onions, green beans, sweet banana peppers, heirloom cherry tomatoes, golden tomatoes, tomato quarts, jalapeños, bell peppers acorn squash and locally grown cabbage from our favorite farmer! 👨‍🌾 🥬

Baked goods and produce are stocked at Polansky’s, too.

It’s been a CRAZY busy week, but your support, kind words and encouragement make all the crazy worth it! 😂❤️ We truly have the BEST customers, and we’re so grateful you continue to show up for our little family business.

Well…it’s 1am and I officially did not get everything done that I normally would 😂

Between the first full week back to school, 3 kids in 3 different schools with 3 different drop-off/pick-up times, our daughter’s birthday, Liam’s epic first cross-country meet, working on the store & bakery, an AMAZING amount of preorders this weekend (thank you!! ❤️), and my current lack of kitchen space…your girl is a little behind. 😂

BUT don’t worry — there will still be goodies tomorrow! 🙌

We’re slowly creeping into fall around here, and I am HERE FOR IT! 🎃🍂

🍉 Locally grown watermelon — sweet, delicious & perfect for these last days of summer!

🌼 9” Mums — only $10 each!

🍂 Acorn Squash — $2 each

🎃 And look what’s here!! The cute little black & green decorative pumpkins everyone has been looking for! 😍
Only $2 each! These are SO cute tucked into fall porch displays, baskets, centerpieces…basically anywhere. 😂

🍅 We still have plenty of cherry tomatoes and green peppers but we’re starting to run low on some of our other produce.

Don’t worry — a restock is coming tomorrow! 🙌 And even better…BAKED GOODIES will be joining it! 🍪🍞🧁

🌻 A little Foresthill update!

This weekend will be our final weekend at our Cornerstone Farms stand. ❤️

We are so incredibly thankful that we were given the opportunity to bring a little piece of Foresthill to the Cornerstone neighborhood, and we’re especially grateful to everyone who has stopped by, shopped the stand and supported us while we’ve been there!

As Foresthill continues to grow, we’ve realized that we need to be a little more intentional about where we put our time, inventory and energy. Between keeping our Homestand and Polansky’s stocked, all of the seasonal fun ahead, and working toward opening our downtown Market & Bakery, we’ve decided it’s time to simplify a little and focus on the locations that make the most sense for us moving forward.

So this weekend will be one last weekend at Cornerstone! 🥹 We’ll make sure the stand is stocked and would love for you to stop by.

This isn’t a sad goodbye—it’s just another little change as Foresthill grows. ❤️

You’ll still find us at our Homestand and Polansky’s, and hopefully before too long, you’ll be able to visit us at our new downtown home too!

Thank you, Cornerstone, for having us. 🌻 And thank you ALL for continuing to support this little business of ours through every season and every change. We have so much to look forward to! ❤️
