Sourdough Bacon & Cheese Focaccia

October, my favorite month, and my busiest month BUT never ever too busy to make bread.
If you have never ordered - you have no idea what you are missing.
Place an order for anything from
a loaf of bread; package of dinner rolls; sandwich rolls; baguettes. Focaccia - make it your own, Peppers & Onion, Italian Seasoning, Cinnamon Raisin, Everything, pretty much anything you want.

I had been craving cinnamon raisin, so of course i made....
Cinnamon Raisin Dinner Rolls, super sized. Also, no, i couldn't wait, took from oven to plate. Check out that steam.
Oh, and by the way, delicious!

I finally decided to get new pans, and I went with cast iron. Someone order a focaccia for themselves or their mother so i can use them!!
