Order Update

After an incredibly successful weekend at the farmers market, our cookie inventory is running very low.

Unfortunately, we also had to say goodbye to our 15-year-old cat tonight. Between restocking the bakery and taking some time with family, Sweet & Salty will be closed for new orders this week.

If we've already made prior arrangements for your order, nothing is changing—your order will be completed as promised.

Thank you all for your understanding, kindness, and continued support of my little bakery. I'll be back in the kitchen soon and will post an update when orders reopen.

Wow. 💛
Collins... you absolutely SHOWED UP tonight.

We came so close to selling out, and I'm honestly still kind of in shock.

To everyone who stopped by, bought cookies, shared a kind word, recommended us to a friend, or just came over to chat—thank you. Every purchase, every conversation, and every bit of support means the world to this little home bakery.

One of my favorite moments from the evening was watching people take a bite, rave about the cookie, and then be genuinely surprised when they found out it was gluten-free.
That's the goal.

I don't want people to settle for "good for gluten-free." I want them to think, "That's just a really damn good cookie." 🍪

As someone with celiac disease, creating cookies that everyone can enjoy—not just people who need to eat gluten-free—is exactly why I started Sweet & Salty.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Collins, for such an incredible night. You made this baker's heart very, very full. ❤️

I'm so excited to finally share this week's newest additions:

A brown butter cookie with a hint of peanut butter, loaded with crunchy Butterfinger pieces and creamy white chocolate chips. After baking, half the cookie is dipped in silky white chocolate and finished with even more crushed Butterfinger for the perfect sweet, crunchy bite.

🍂 Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tart
A brown butter cinnamon cookie stuffed with a buttery brown sugar cinnamon filling and finished with a sweet cinnamon icing for all the nostalgic toaster pastry vibes.
