Hi, I’m Katelin 🤍
The hands behind the sourdough, the early mornings, and the slightly-too-full oven.
What started as a simple love for baking at home- slowly turned into something so much bigger than I ever expected. One recipe led to another, a few orders turned into many, and before I knew it, this little idea became a business.
Just under 2 years, this has grown alongside me—through long days, big lessons, moments of doubt, and so much grace. I’ve learned to trust the process, stay consistent, and lean on God in every season of it.
I’m passionate about creating food that feels like home, building community, and using the gifts God has given me right where I am. And while I’m so proud of how far this has come, I know this is just the beginning.

You can find my sourdough baked goods inside Bittersweet Homestead Boutique on Fridays and Saturdays open 10-5. My self-serve bakery stand season opener will be announced soon 👀!
