I’m RAY...but my family and friends call me BIG PLAY. Big Play was my nickname while playing Collegiate Football as a Middle Linebacker at the University of Utah.


My love for baking cakes started as a child. I spent a lot of time beside my Mother helping her make wedding cakes. Her cakes were moist, light, fluffy and always left a smile on everyone’s face. I knew one day I

wanted to have that same impact on others with cakes of my own. So here I am....BIG PLAY RAY!! A Husband, Father, Football Enthusiast, Avid Golfer, Beach Lover, Pickle Ball Player, Philly Cheesesteak-er and your favorite CAKE MAKER!! I’m makin’ Big Plays in the kitchen! I’ve shared many a cake with loved ones and friends, but now it’s time to share them with all of you.
