Facebook already saw a version of this post, but Instagram needs some love too. This was a marbled chocolate and vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting. Cherries and bows are all the rage these days! It was fun to pair them with some cheetah print. Happy late birthday Shaydon!

I didn’t get any glamorous pictures of this cake, but this was a chocolate marshmallow cake for my mom’s birthday! If you look closely on the frosting you can see little flecks of toasted marshmallow. I don’t usually love eating frosting, but this toasted marshmallow frosting was addictive! Easily the best frosting I’ve ever made. It was topped with dark chocolate ganache, dehydrated marshmallows, and cherries. 🍒🤤

This was a funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream. It got topped with the cutest little butterflies and toadstool candles at her party! It’s so fun to be a little part of my friend’s milestones.

Just when I thought a cake couldn’t get better, I saw the bride and groom Calico Critter cake toppers! (The groom was in fact wearing a pink suit and glasses at the wedding. Attention to detail is my love language!)

This was a strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream. My aunt Suzanne @ Studio 400 Salon and Boutique was their florist, and the flowers were lovely! I’m so excited for Asher and Raquelle as they start their next chapter together. 💛🌸

I got to make this unique wedding cake back in June! This was a lemon poppyseed cake with white chocolate frosting. It was so fun to do not only a hexagonal cake, but a colorful cake for a fantasy themed wedding!

I got to make this lovely cake for my friend Lizzie and her husband Aaron! Their wedding was stunning. Truly. After I set up her cake I took sooo many pictures of the floral arrangements at her tables and just gaped at where her ceremony took place. Everything was beautiful!

This was a chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream and ganache.

I branched out and went to an event with people I’d never met before, and I got to bring this yummmmy cake with me! I attended a cake party where all of the guests brought a cake of their choosing to share. I decided to make a cherry limeade cake!
•
This was a lime cake with graham cracker crust, and cherry buttercream. I added some chopped maraschino cherries in the layers for some extra cherry flavor. It was delicious! Scroll through to see the end result.
