Today’s bake ! It’s been awhile but today was a test bake that’s going to be in my permanent rotation this fall . This crown royal apple whiskey cinnamon sourdough bread with a apple whiskey glaze. Tastes like a little piece of fall!

Life has been a little crazy lately… 🤪🧁 But I still have to take a moment and share some of the fun things happening over here at Dough Re Mi Bakery 💕

From Mother’s Day strawberry shortcake, strawberry shortcake cups with that moonshine filling , danishes, cupcakes, dog treats, and Biscoff stuffed cookies… to custom Bat Mitzvah cookies that I had a blast hand painting.. it’s been busy in the best way!

My cinnamon rolls are soft, gooey, and loaded with flavor (the kind you think about the next day).
The danishes? Buttery, flaky, and filled just right.
My strawberry shortcake is… fresh, sweet, and honestly stealing the show.
Oh and honey vanilla cupcakes that are light, rich, and perfectly balanced… and classic sugar cookies that never miss.

These might be one of my favorite test bakes yet

Shortbread cookie strawberry shortcake cups filled with a strawberry moonshine jam (yes… she’s got a little kick 😏) and topped with warm vanilla whipped cream. Soft, buttery, sweet delicious .
