Hello 👋🏾 All! If you know me, then you know my plate continuously runneth over. Well, I have added something else to it; in doing so, I have realized something has to give. So, it’s with heavy heart that I announce, Center City Shakes & Bakes and The Meal Prep will be closing. September 24th (meals for the week of the 25th) will be our last delivery date.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of my amazing customers. Many of you have been with me for almost 5 years, and I’m grateful for you. Your support has meant the world to me. This is by far the hardest thing because I truly enjoy serving people. It’s part of my being; it’s my purpose..

This is not a forever good bye; it’s just goodbye for now. So, thank you 🙏🏾 for being a part of my journey. I love each and everyone of you.
